My second crack at lighting with this kitchen scene. I managed to do some Texture Maps, sort some of the UV's add Normal maps in places and I even had some fun with a specular map. again the challenge can be found here along with the model, http://3drender.com/challenges/ This kitchen scene was modeled by Jeremy Birn. After adding all the detail I wanted. I just added lights. I'm not entirely sure what Im doing, but it seemed to go okay. Just had to make sure they looked semi realistic and the right colour... heh. ^^^ This mess is what I call my lights. Just to show myself the specular map. White is shiny. For the specular map I used these brushes: https://www.brusheezy.com/brushes/6697-splatters-and-stains-photoshop-brushes Ok now, this is how many times (plus at least 10 more, i changed my lights.)
